Who is texted
Automated SMS from Intrepid Marine LLC is sent only to employees and contractors (workers) that a yard or shop added on its Workers roster. Texts are sent through Twilio from a 10-digit long code used with MarineServiceTech or ServiceValet.
This program does not text customers, boat owners, or the public from our servers or office hosts. If a worker or other person texts a customer, that is that person’s own message, not this program.
How you opt in
The office adds your name and mobile on Admin → Workers. We send one registration SMS. You must reply Y (or YES) before any job-ticket or schedule texts are sent. That reply is the written record of consent. Consent is not a condition of employment or of receiving work.
What you agree to receive
- One registration text when your mobile is added
- Job-ticket assignments, including a HTTPS pickup link for the phone app
- Schedule and assignment notices for work you are assigned
This is not marketing. Message frequency varies with assigned jobs. Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt out
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to cancel registration of that phone. No further program texts are sent. Reply HELP (or INFO) for help. Reply START (or UNSTOP) after a STOP if you want to opt in again; the office must then send a new registration text, and you reply Y.
