1. Who we are
Intrepid Marine LLC (“we,” “us”) is a Texas company. We publish software and related informational services, including MarineServiceTech, ServiceValet, IntrepidMarine, and intrepidmarine.net. Contact: gbloodworth@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact details you or your organization provide (name, email, mobile number)
- Account and work-related context needed to operate the service (for example a job or schedule notice)
- SMS delivery metadata from our messaging provider (status, and STOP / HELP / START replies)
- Ordinary website logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested)
- Email you send us
We do not collect payment card or bank numbers by SMS. We do not run advertising networks in our apps.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide and operate our software and website
- Send informational SMS to people who have opted in
- Honor STOP, HELP, and START requests
- Respond to support requests
- Maintain security and keep required records
We do not use SMS to send advertising, promotions, or marketing blasts.
4. Mobile numbers and SMS
If you opt in to SMS, we use your mobile number only to deliver that program and to process opt-out and help requests. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or START after a STOP if you want to opt in again. Consent to SMS is not required to use our software or to receive service.

5. Sharing
We share personal information only:
- With service providers who process it for us (for example our SMS gateway and hosting), under limits that prohibit their own marketing use
- With the organization that added your number to the program, so they can operate their roster
- When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or security
We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We keep information as long as needed to operate the service, honor opt-outs, and meet legal duties. After you reply STOP, we keep what is needed so we do not text that number again until you opt in. Our messaging provider keeps carrier logs under its own terms.
7. Your choices
- SMS: reply STOP, HELP, or START as described above
- Email: ask us to delete correspondence we hold, where the law allows
- Apps: each store listing has its own privacy policy for on-device data
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
Our services are for adults in a work setting. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Website
intrepidmarine.net is a static site. It does not require an account. The server may process ordinary logs. A short site summary is also at privacy.html.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date above is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new policy.
