1. Who we are
Intrepid Marine LLC is the registered brand and the company that publishes MarineServiceTech, ServiceValet, IntrepidMarine, and the office hosts at intrepidmarine.net. Texas. Contact: gbloodworth@gmail.com.
2. Website and software
The marketing site is informational. Phone apps and office hosts are licensed for professional use. Product-specific terms remain at MarineServiceTech terms of use and ServiceValet terms of use. If those pages and this page conflict on SMS, this page’s SMS Terms control for texting.
You are responsible for work-order files you share, for permission you obtain from customers, and for field decisions. Tools in the apps are not a warranty of vessel or job condition, insurance determination, or legal advice.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the software or SMS channel to harass, spam, falsify records, or text a number that has not opted in. Do not send STOP-listed numbers further SMS until they text START.
4. SMS Terms
Automated SMS from our servers is only for employees and contractors. The campaign is governed by Terms & Conditions — SMS campaign. We do not send SMS to customers from our servers. If a worker or other person texts a customer, that is that person’s own message, not this program. Message and data rates may apply.
- Program. Informational job-ticket and schedule texts to workers on a firm’s roster, including a HTTPS pickup link for the phone app. Not marketing.
- Opt-in. The office adds the mobile on Workers. The person replies Y (or YES) before job texts are sent. See SMS opt-in policy. Consent is not a condition of employment.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with assigned jobs.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Help / opt out. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel registration. Reply START to resume after STOP; then reply Y to a new registration text.
- Privacy. Mobile numbers are used only to deliver this program. We do not sell them. See Privacy Policy.
- Carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intrepid Marine LLC is not liable for missed appointments, undelivered SMS, lost work-order files, or consequential damages from field or office use of the software.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions. The date above is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
