The rule
The ServiceValet office host sends automated SMS only to employees and contractors on Workers. They reply Y to opt in. Reply STOP to cancel. Message and data rates may apply.
Do not text customers from the server. If a worker or other person texts a customer, they do it from their own phone, not from the office host. Get that person’s permission before you text them from your phone.
What the host sends
- One registration text when a worker mobile is added
- Job-ticket assignments and a pickup link for the phone app
- Schedule and assignment notices for work they are assigned

This shop does not sell mobile numbers. Intrepid Marine LLC provides the host.
