The web hub of operations for the firm lives at /servicevalet/login on this same host. Sign in, or create a firm. Techs keep ServiceValet on the phone. One ticket. Photos, PDF documents, and notation on the file.
Who it’s for
Independents and small shops who drive to the work: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, paint, roofing, carpentry, appliances, hospitality crews, events, and the rest of the trades that live on appointments. You do not need a back office to look professional. You need a ticket that says who, what, where, and when.
What you get
- Jobs queue by phase — created, in progress, done, archived
- Schedule board: who, what, where, half-hour appointments
- Work order types that match the street: service, estimate, emergency, warranty, insurance, deposit, cancel, referral, handoff
- Estimate visits that stay lean — walk the property, shoot the problem, publish. Not a fake “complete” gate
- One hour before: On time, running late, or reschedule — Messages opens with the text written
- Problem → identification → testing with dictation when hands are dirty

No account required for core field use. Tickets live on the device until you share a file. We are not a lead mill and we do not sell your customers.
Why it exists
Documentation is how you get paid and how you sleep. Same stubborn idea: the job is not done until the proof exists.
Office host
The shop office host is billed to the firm. Setup is extra. A support contract is optional and is not included in the monthly rate. Dedicated hosting is available. All office sign-in uses two-factor authentication. Prefer Google Authenticator (scan a QR once, then a rotating code). An emailed six-digit code is also available.
Paid by Stripe ACH or card. We never take bank numbers on this site.
First 12 work orders are free per device. Phone subscription unlocks unlimited creates — billed on the App Store.
