Add a Spanish keyboard, enable Dictation Languages, download Translate packs, then speak Spanish on the in-app mic so English persists on the ticket.

Enroll a phone (work order 00)

After the worker replies Y, Workers → Text 00 enrollment. They open that pickup in ServiceValet. Work order 00 is not a job. Do not copy an API key. A job the tech creates on the iPhone does not appear in the office until someone imports the file.

Free tier — First 12 work orders (a dozen) are free on each device. A subscription unlocks unlimited creates. Existing free-tier jobs stay editable.
